SOURCING COORDINATION SERVICE

Supplier quotation coordination

Keep supplier answers tied to the exact item, quantity and quotation assumptions.

What to provide

  1. A buyer-confirmed item list and permitted supplier contacts or source references.
  2. Required quotation currency, delivery point, documentation, inspection scope and deadline.

What you receive

  1. A comparison organised by supplier and item, with date and quotation validity.
  2. Recorded exclusions, substitutions, unanswered lines and supplier confirmation requests.

How the work proceeds

  1. Agree which suppliers and items to approach.
  2. Coordinate quotation questions and preserve the supplier’s written answers.
  3. Return the comparison and unresolved questions for your purchasing decision.

Scope and fee confirmation

Before paid work starts, the written scope identifies the parties, item count, deliverables, timing, review rounds, service fee and any third-party costs. A scope change requires written agreement. An enquiry or website listing does not by itself establish a service contract.

Confirm in writing whether CraneHub is coordinating information, acting as seller, or performing another expressly agreed role for the particular order. The contracting seller, manufacturer, importer, inspection provider and logistics responsibilities must be named where applicable.

Responsibility boundary

Supplier statements remain attributed to that supplier. Supplier acceptance, stock, pricing and delivery are confirmed in the written offer and order. Coordination is not an approved-supplier endorsement or a guarantee of performance.
