Information provided with an enquiry
When you submit an enquiry, CraneHub records your name, company, email address, country or region, optional phone number, requested products, quantities, specification notes and message. The record also includes an enquiry reference, submission time and the privacy consent you provide. Technical request and abuse-prevention information may be processed to keep the enquiry service available.
How the information is used
We use enquiry information to review your sourcing requirement, clarify specifications, prepare a quotation and follow up on that quotation. Relevant product requirements may be discussed with sourcing partners for this purpose. An enquiry does not place an order, confirm a product rating or guarantee a response time.
Hosting and enquiry records
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare. Submitted enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database used by CraneHub to manage quotation follow-up. Enquiry records are intended for access by authorised site operators.
Information saved in your browser
Your product list is saved in this browser so you can collect several products before submitting them. You can change or remove its items, and a successful submission clears the list. The open browser session may temporarily retain contact details and request information to support submission confirmation, retries and downloading your enquiry copy. You can clear this information through your browser's site-data controls.
Information to include
Provide business contact details and the information needed for your product enquiry. Please do not include payment-card details, account passwords or sensitive personal information. File uploads are not part of this enquiry form.
Access, correction and deletion requests
To ask about your enquiry information, request a copy, correct it or request deletion, email mike.a.zhang@gmail.com. Include your enquiry reference where available so the team can locate the record and review your request.
