SOURCING COORDINATION SERVICE
Procurement list review
Turn a mixed purchasing list into an item-by-item brief that suppliers can answer.
What to provide
- Your list, quantities and units; drawings or product links where available.
- Known supplier, model and destination; required date and document requirements.
What you receive
- A structured item list preserving your original descriptions and references.
- An open-question register for missing sizes, units, revisions and substitutions.
How the work proceeds
- Share the list and identify priority items.
- We organise the lines and flag missing or conflicting information.
- You confirm the brief before it is used for supplier quotations.
Scope and fee confirmation
Before paid work starts, the written scope identifies the parties, item count, deliverables, timing, review rounds, service fee and any third-party costs. A scope change requires written agreement. An enquiry or website listing does not by itself establish a service contract.
Confirm in writing whether CraneHub is coordinating information, acting as seller, or performing another expressly agreed role for the particular order. The contracting seller, manufacturer, importer, inspection provider and logistics responsibilities must be named where applicable.
Responsibility boundary
The buyer or its appointed technical reviewer approves the specification and suitability. List organisation does not select lifting equipment or approve an engineering arrangement.
