SOURCING COORDINATION SERVICE

Document coordination

Track requested product and order documents through quotation, approval and handover.

What to provide

  1. The exact product or order line and requested document list.
  2. Required language, revision, product or batch scope, deadline and your reviewer.

What you receive

  1. A document register showing requested, received, missing and buyer-review status.
  2. A handover index linking available documents to the stated item, model or batch.

How the work proceeds

  1. Agree the document list and who must issue and review each item.
  2. Track availability, scope and revision with the supplier.
  3. Record your reviewer’s decision and any outstanding documents before handover.

Scope and fee confirmation

Before paid work starts, the written scope identifies the parties, item count, deliverables, timing, review rounds, service fee and any third-party costs. A scope change requires written agreement. An enquiry or website listing does not by itself establish a service contract.

Confirm in writing whether CraneHub is coordinating information, acting as seller, or performing another expressly agreed role for the particular order. The contracting seller, manufacturer, importer, inspection provider and logistics responsibilities must be named where applicable.

Responsibility boundary

The issuer remains responsible for its document. Technical acceptance, authenticity assessment, regulatory obligations and release decisions stay with the parties named in the order; document coordination is not certification or independent inspection.
