The explosion-proof motors, explosion-proof electrical appliances, etc. used in this product, whether designed and manufactured by our own factory or produced by supporting factories, are all designed, manufactured and accepted in accordance with relevant provisions of national standards GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres: General requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres: Flameproof enclosure 'D'" and other relevant regulations, and have been reviewed, tested and tested by the nationally designated inspection unit, the Nanyang Sub-center of the China Explosion-proof Electrical Products Testing Center, as qualified explosion-proof lifting equipment for factory use. This product must be used in strict compliance with the conditions specified in the "Instruction Manual".

Scope of application 1. The explosion-proof electric hoist is a series of products designed and manufactured in accordance with GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres: General requirements". 2. This series of three-stage explosion-proof electric hoists is applicable when an explosive mixture formed by flammable gases or vapors specified in Table 1 and air is present in the workshop; this series of four-stage electric hoists is applicable when an explosive mixture formed by flammable gases or vapors specified in Table 1 and air is present in the workshop; it is installed on an I-beam track to lift heavy objects and can make reciprocating linear and curved movements along the track, ensuring sufficient safety. 3. This series of products has a compact structure, light dead weight, small volume and large lifting capacity. When the workshop is filled with explosive mixtures, under the premise of ensuring safety, it is an advantageous tool for improving working conditions and increasing labor productivity, and thus becomes necessary mechanical equipment in a reasonable process. 4. Operating environment: temperature -20C to +40C, altitude below 1000M, relative humidity 85% (20±5C) 5. According to different use requirements, this series of products can be used in combination with LXB explosion-proof single-girder suspension cranes or LB and LHB explosion-proof single- and double-girder overhead cranes.
