The wire rope electric hoist is a light and small lifting device that can be used alone or in combination with overhead cranes, gantry cranes, slewing jib cranes, etc. It is widely used in places such as railways, docks, industrial and mining enterprises, and warehouses.

There are two typical types. The CD hoist has single-speed lifting at 8 m/min, which can meet general requirements. The MD hoist has dual speed, 8 m/min & 0.8 m/min, which can meet the requirements of precision loading and unloading, sand box clamping, machine tool installation and maintenance.

Forged from high-strength high-quality carbon steel such as DG20, with a safety factor greater than 5. 0.5～5 t uses a single-pulley hook device, and tonnages of 10 t and above use a double-pulley hook device. The hook surface is smooth, with no defects such as cracks, wrinkles or overburning; the interior has no defects affecting safety in use such as cracks or white spots. The hook is provided with an anti-detachment safety latch to prevent the wire rope from detaching, and is provided with a 360° free rotation facility. This ensures the safety and reliability of the hook during use.
